Founded in February 2018, with the intention to bring Brunei to new standards in Powerlifting.
“With the most recent success of hosting our very first Nationals and debut on the international stage, I believe that with the right exposure and guidance, we will put Brunei on the map for Powerlifting.”
The Powerlifting Federation of Brunei Darussalam was founded and created in 2018 to create and promote the sport of drug-free powerlifting in the country of Brunei. We have successfully hosted a number of local competitions ranging from National Qualifiers to Nationals and have debuted internationally at the Asian Championships in 2022 and 2023. Our goal is to grow the sport of Powerlifting not only in the country but in the South East Asian Region.
