Client Testimonials
Cheng Wen (IG: @aphid_lift)
I didn't expect powerlifting coaching could be so professional. Initially, I signed up with a big-picture target of getting stronger and more focused in the gym. Having worked with JJ for 6 months, I became much more meticulous in my execution and gained a long-running interest in exercise physiology and biomechanics. Psychologically, I became less neurotic of my performance and developed a multi-faceted idea of progress. All in all, no ragrets.

JJ has coached me from the first day I set foot in the university gym back in 2018 and I haven’t looked back since. The level of detail and effort put into the coaching experience is astonishing. From helping rehab injuries, writing strategies for meet day to explaining movement patterns and inefficiencies present in lifts, he does it all. His technical knowledge is honestly elite but shines most through his teaching methods. He simplifies technical knowledge to help you understand issues and solutions, explaining reasonings behind every move.
