Our Gym Affiliate Program
We have handpicked gyms to work with us to help you. We want to bridge the gap between the experienced and new lifters by providing you with everything you need to get started.
How it works:
As a PFBD Member, you will be entitled to special membership rates for all affiliated gyms. We are also partnering with them to provide more local meets throughout the calendar year!

DYNAMIC GYM & STUDIO
Dynamic Gym is a fully equipped boutique gym with 2 squat rigs, a deadlift platform, numerous plates, bars, dumbbells and machines. They also offer studio yoga classes on their top floor and have a cafe serving you daily from 6am - 10pm.
Opening Hours:
Daily: 6:00am - 11:00pm (Closed Friday Prayer Break 12:00pm - 2:00pm)

673 Jerudong or known to many others as JBOX is no stranger in the fitness community. Known for their general fitness and crossfit classes and founded by the two national weightlifters of the country in Nash and Lyn, it’s no surprise as to why. There are more than enough space, plates and bars for you to get your session in!

Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 5:15pm
Tuesday/Thursday after 7:15pm
